Ecommerce Core Web Vitals benchmarks by platform
BootLeads matched 1,565,756 active online stores to August 2026 Chrome UX Report data. That is 24.4% of the stores we track; among those with all three metrics, 61.9% pass LCP, INP and CLS.
Monthly, all-device data for each site as a whole. These are not PageSpeed Insights mobile scores or traffic estimates, and they do not show that a platform causes the result.

Key findings
- Chrome data covers 13.5% of Wix stores and 58.9% of Magento stores, so compare pass rates together with coverage.
- Among stores with all three metrics, the pass rate ranges from 38.9% on WooCommerce to 81.7% on Shopify. This describes the stores, not the platforms themselves.
- A store passes when at least 75% of Chrome visits are good on each of LCP, INP and CLS.

Questions about the benchmark
Why can Shopify's pass rate look high?
The rate is calculated among Shopify stores with all three metrics, not every Shopify store. Coverage and sample sizes are shown next to it.
Is this the same as Shopify's web performance report?
No. Shopify reports 30- or 90-day performance by device and page type for a merchant's own store. This benchmark uses one monthly, all-device snapshot to compare platforms.
Does passing Core Web Vitals guarantee better rankings?
No. Core Web Vitals are one part of page experience, and passing does not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic or conversions.
About this data
- Coverage is measured against all active stores. The pass rate only counts stores with all three metrics.
- Data is monthly Chrome UX Report data for each site as a whole, combining phones and desktops. It does not split devices or individual pages.
- Chrome only reports sites with enough real visits, so having data says nothing about traffic, revenue or rankings.
- Themes, apps, hosting and audiences differ between platforms, so these figures show patterns, not causes.
